Lately I have been thinking abt how I would explain my chronic brain fog/fatigue/exhaustion/pain to people or wishing I could just immediately transfer what I'm feeling with a touch so folks would just GET IT. I don't know but I've been kind of stuck in this loop of thinking of all the folks who say the "right" words but frequently reveal hypocrisy and contradictions. You know itโs ironic that you posted this because I feel like this happened to me at work yesterday when I told someone no. The look on her face was blank. Another thing I just thought about is some people only pretend to be your friend because they benefit from the relationship. In other words they are using you. Sorry to be so blunt but I learned it the hard way. Remember this:

Its tough but you are entitled to feel anyway you feel. You don't have to get anyone else's approval for it. It says more about them than it does you when they are unable to relate. No one else can tell you how to feel or not feel. That's for you to decide. If you explain it and are misunderstood you might have other questions to answer. I wish you well.
