Fibromyalgia is predominantly classed as a neurological/central nervous system disorder, anyone suffering with symptoms they didn't know are related?, a topic less talked about by professionals yet plenty of Fibromyalgia warriors experience, more so women.
We hear more about the neurological symptoms, be good to hear your cns experiences ❤️
❤️❤️❤️Working on my cns got me out of permanent brain fog but I already had a background in the knowledge and practice. But know I had to implement several lifestyle changes before I could even begin to effect my cns. It isn't a short term quick fix but my main issue was to get out of a two year brain fog and it happened❤️☯️💕
Storm, you make me smile. I'm a classic over thinker did I connect that too my central nervous system? Not until I developed fibromyalgia I connected the dots. Your cns is only meant to handle so much. So I figured I got myself in this mess there has got to be a way out. Heads up there are no quick fixes with a complex disorder.but you can manage it ❣️😉 Thanks for your post. It's a gentle reminder☯️❤️ so I'm appreciative of you for everything 👏
Yes sure, i just find theres no point reading lists of more symptoms and then thinking ooh do i have that one?
Its difficult enough to juggle what i do have.
Are you managing your symptoms well?
I dont look at charts of over 200 symptoms, i try to manage my own chart as i believe the brain is powerful and i dont need my brain to possibly overthink, is it that, or this?
