Members rallied around the question of whether others share a wide range of fibromyalgia symptoms, with an overwhelming majority confirming they experience most or all of them regularly. Several members described the unpredictable nature of daily life with fibro, from dizziness and nausea to itchiness, brain fog, and relentless fatigue, noting that each day can feel completely different. A recurring theme was the importance of tracking symptom patterns, avoiding personal triggers, and leaning on humor, faith, and community support to cope.

I have most of the symptoms. Fibro causes so many problems. Most think it only causes pain & fibro fog. If only!

I also have irritable bowl disease, I get diarrhea quite often. I unfortunately wear womens "diapers " which are just extra padded underwear. Not cheap but we do what we have to. My husband gets frustrated with my brain fog, I forget things every day and ask the same questions for him every day. Luckily he understands but still get frustrated, but not as much as I do. Just have faith in God and pray alot. Try to laugh alot too. Good luck and I hope you feel better.

These are not rare, these are the base of fibromyalgia! Almost all of them are caused by the increased reactivity of the immune system. So, if you eat, drink or touch something that triggers itching, chills, or feverish symptoms before the flairs hits avoid it and monitor it. Good luck!
