Hi sweetheart
I gave up waiting for anything ages ago. That's our mind telling us how things should be in our head, Everytime I have tests I go get it done and forget about it. Mostly I'm surprised when the phone rings.
If I'd listened to all the doctors and their diagnosis and advice I'd have put my head in the sand and given up. I literally believe a positive attitude is a good healer. I never walk out and stew about what has been said and I refuse to wait. I'd much rather do something I get pleasure out of. Plus certain passages have stayed with me from childhood.
Mark 11-24 'Therfore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours'
I hold on to spirituality and allow everything to be as it is.
Worrying anxiety and fretting cause more pain. Overthinking causes anxiety as our minds can think stuff that may happen and also can get quite carried away with stuff that has no bearing on what may be going on. Everything will come together eventually. Every moment is a gift I definitely do not want my moments full of anxiety and waiting. I understand it can be frustrating but that frustration again causes more problems.
'This too shall pass'
Sending lots of love and prayers Peps 🌸🌷🌻🦋💖
@A MyFibroTeam Member,
I’m so sorry you’re frustrated with fibromyalgia. I do get it! I didn’t start to feel less pain for 16 months on my current meds. But I also had no idea how bad I was till a friend told me I looked better. I wanted to quit the meds, PT, cause I wasn’t progressing fast enough. But, I can see the progress now. It takes as long as it takes, and we’re all different. We all on this site understand the frustration, anger & grief it brings. Just know it takes time, patience.🤗🩷
@A MyFibroTeam Member you are always in my prayers sweetheart, I will light a candle for you that you may rest that your pain lessens and you get the answers you need with love and light sweetheart 🌹🏵🌸💐🙏🏻
