I am a consumer of both of those supplements because during the course of my constant research I learned that magnesium malate was the most beneficial towards people effected by fibromyalgia ,as it typically adheres to your system better. I had been a routine consumer of a standard kind of magnesium but when I switched to a malate it immediately help relax my muscles so that I was comfortable enough to sleep. I used it to make me drowsy in the beginning until I no longer needed it. I sleep soundly now but I still use magnesium malate to help calm my muscles when I'm in a flare. I I've had good results with that as well.

I also use omega 3s. I can't really comment on how it's helped I just read good reviews and recommendations regarding it.

Those supplements are in my long term usage plan.

Everyone is different and sometimes it takes time to find the right tools that benefit you the most.

I'm wishing the best for you πŸ’–β˜―οΈ

Many people with fibromyalgia have explored supplements like Magnesium Malate and Omega-3 to help manage their symptoms, and there's some promising community experience and research behind both.

Here's a quick breakdown:

- Magnesium Malate – Some MyFibroTeam members report benefits from magnesium supplementation, particularly for muscle pain and fatigue. B-complex vitamins are also popular for calming overstimulated nerves, and magnesium works in a similar way for many people.
- Omega-3 – Found naturally in oily fish like wild salmon, flaxseeds, and flaxseed oil, Omega-3 is a key part of an anti-inflammatory diet, which many people with fibromyalgia find helpful for reducing pain and fatigue. It's worth noting that nutrient deficiencies are common in fibromyalgia, so a blood test from your doctor could help identify what your body actually needs before adding supplements.

Always check with your doctor before starting any new supplement, as some can interfere with medications or cause side effects. Better safe than sorry! 😊
