I wanted to know if involuntary hand and leg
Spasms are part of fibromyalgia symptoms. Please as I have quiet bad ones at times , like I can be carrying a plate of food and it hands can spasm and the whole plate went up in the hare it happeneds only when I am tired though. 😔

Yes you can get spasms and cramps as well as muscle weakness in your arms and hands making it hard to Carry things and Open Jars and packaged food.
Fibromyalgia has over 251 Symptoms unfortunately many people here have quite a number of symptoms including myself.

I too have this issue with my hands just quit working or fingers and things just drop. also have that problem with my legs at ti med on just quits working, tripping. catching myself before install then of course that makes it worse because your hands have no strength, they hurt anyway so that just adds to it.
Yeh i get them really bad to av burnt my arm b4 and drop things some times its really bad my boddy all gose at one's my boddy gets really jitter to like i feel its all shaking and my legs and arms kick out its horable xxxx
Yes. I get shooting pains like electric shocks. Like you I jump and can drop everything. Don't know what to do about it. It's unpredictable. xxx
