I normally use arnica for pain relief then I saw asper cream so I'm wondering. Your thoughts.

I make a pain salve with frankincense resin and essential oils. It works well for my fibro pain and arthritis pain. I have friends that request it for various pains, but mostly for their arthritis.
@A MyFibroTeam Member. I like your suggestion of gin and tonic the best! If you drink enough of them, you won't even notice if the pain cream is working. Of course most of us can't mix alcohol with our meds, but I still like your suggestion! Sending you a warm hug!
I did a long time ago. I personally prefer lidocaine patches. I cut them to the size I need.💞
