Ive had an itchy scalp many times, it might just be dry skin. I find I get dehydrated easily and forget to drink enough water.

Yes I have long hair I can't put it up with clips or Bobby pins it gives me a tension head ache even went to bed with a pony til had to take it our made my headache worse the pulling on the scalp hurts and that itching goes along with it
