I think it depends on what’s contributing to your brain fog- there are so many factors.
If your brain fog is caused by a nutrient deficiency that could be helpful.
You typically want B vitamins and Omega 3’s. Maybe also have your Vitamin D levels tested, so you know how much of that you might want to supplement.

You might find using SuppCo to be helpful. It’s a service that rates vitamins, cause as we all know some are absolute garbage no matter the price.
