It could be the jpeg image is too big, example if it's 5mb or 10mb what you need to do is downsize the photo. First try and emailing the photo to yourself this usually down sizes the photo. Then see if that works. If not try taking a screenshot of the photo and crop it and see if that uploads. there are aps you can use which I can help with if those dont work, So get back to me if you need more help Good luck 🥰

The most likely reason for the "invalid" error is the file format. Only the following image formats are accepted:
