I'm one and it has not helped any of my fibro symptoms at all and I'm on the end of my 3 months of using it.

Just to note that any on GLP1 who stop it gain back any weight that they lost.
As you have been on this a short time, that would not be a big problem.

I am so sorry that it did not make any difference. πŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œ

GLP-1 medications and their potential effects on fibromyalgia symptoms is a topic that's been gaining interest in the fibro community. While there isn't robust clinical research specifically on GLP-1s and fibromyalgia yet, some people with fibro have reported noticing changes in their symptoms after starting these medications.

Some anecdotal reports from people with fibromyalgia suggest possible benefits such as:

- Reduced overall inflammation, which may ease pain
- Improved energy levels in some cases
- Better sleep for some users
- Weight changes that may reduce physical strain on the body

It's worth noting that responses vary widely from person to person. Some people report no change in fibro symptoms at all, while others notice improvements.

As with any medication, there are potential risks and side effects to be aware of, including nausea, digestive issues, and other concerns. It's really important to have an open conversation with your doctor about whether a GLP-1 might be appropriate for your specific situation and health history.

Have you spoken with your doctor about this option? They'd be best placed to help weigh up the potential benefits against any risks for you personally.
