After someone shared they were leaving the community while struggling with personal mistakes and emotional pain, members rallied with an outpouring of love, encouragement, and gentle check-ins. Several members shared their own experiences with mental health challenges, including BPD, psychosis, and childhood trauma, normalizing the struggles and reminding the person that mistakes do not define worth. A recurring theme was that asking for help is a sign of strength, and many encouraged taking things one small step at a time while also pointing toward professional support like counseling and mental health teams.

I know someone else like that.
We are conditioned from an early age. When you have been told you are no good. You'll never ammount to anything, Your useless, why don't you just give up, Get out from under my feet, Go somewhere else, I told you, you never know what you get when you adopt, Get to your room, I don't know what to do with you.
It kinda sinks in that you may be defective in some way shape or form.
Yet if you look back at your answers to people's questions all you see is a kind caring being. Someone who loves helping others.
It's a horrible illness.
One that needs medication and the medications they give can cause awful side effects.
It's all to do with how we were conditioned from childhood. It's abuse sweetheart. You'll catch up with your aps. You'll go to a meeting and maybe speak for a few minutes then a few more. Because we were told to shut up that no one was interested in what we had to say. We did just that.
You are not a bad person, You were put in a bad situation. Trust me. I'm glad you opened up on here.
This is a huge step, Be proud of yourself for having the power to ask for help. You are well loved. Never forget that xxxxxx ❤️🌸🥀💖 I'm good, just got back from a walk. Now I'm going to eat the fridge 🫠
