I have been told that I should try CBD drops (specifically 'Angel') by a family member that also has Fibromyalgia. I haven't been able to get a good night's sleep for quite some time. I usually can't turn my brain off and can't get comfortable very easy due to pain & sensitivity. Can you share your experience with CBD and if it's helped you? I've never even really considered it.

Members responded warmly to a question about CBD and fibromyalgia sleep struggles, with many sharing that CBD has helped them sleep better, reduce anxiety, and manage pain. Several members also recommended exploring CBN and CBG as alternatives, noting that CBN in particular is known as the 'sleepy cannabinoid,' and products like Charlotte's Web Stay Asleep gummies were mentioned by name. A recurring theme was starting with a low dose and adjusting gradually, combining CBD with supplements like magnesium or melatonin, and being aware that results vary since some members found CBD caused daytime grogginess.

@A MyFibroTeam Member They are called Stay Asleep by Charlotte's Web. Not sure where the best place is to get them as I pay $30 at my Chiropractor's office. I just found them online for about $47

I haven't had much luck with cbd, but I just got CBN gummies for sleep, and so far so good. I slept through the night!

Also find CBD and smaller amount of THC. CBN is also reported to help added to CBD . and CBG has been helpful ..exploring all the extracts of Marijuana is good research. Listened to a webinar thru Harvest Med

I know what you mean everything gets lost if you don’t address it right away . If you just look at a post from your messages, then it’s gone.Oh, that’s right my windchimes. Now I remember. Yes unfortunately, the company went out of business during Covid. Grandson recently was asking to have the same chimes. They are the only chimes I’ve found ,that are melodious. My neighbors love them ,so that says a lot. I tie them up,when it s very windy. If you think of anything else, let me know. @kathy667

I have never heard of turning off brain fog for sleep... do you possibly mean racing thoughts? If your brain doesn't turn off for sleep, that's a big indicator of ADHD. I have found L Theanine helps with that.
CBD doesn't help me much with anything. But look into CBN.
