I can totally relate πŸ’– a couple years ago I did 18 hourly sessions of CBT with a therapist for my PTSD I would totally recommend it, I feel it’s helped me manage alot better causing me less intense pain in my body 😘

It makes sense. Yes flashbacks in my mid 30's has derailed me - I spent 40 days at a mental health facility in Florida and my meds help. Right now I am doing ART therapy to help with images. I am praying the fatigue and brain fog get a bit better. Its a catch 22 here - it is good to not feel alone - but it breaks my heart for you to also experience all of this.

I was diagnosed with PTSD in my mid twenties when I had a major depressive episode due to suppressed childhood trauma. I believe it was this childhood trauma that caused the fibromyalgia to manifest.
