My dear Kate. I’m sure I am held together BY pills. I have often thought to hell with all of it. Then my brain reboots and I cannot imagine what my “So Called Life” would be like..

Absolutely! The darn pills cause more issues then they are worth. I feel so much better when I taper down.

I often worry about taking so much medication. I heard someone at work say its not good to take medication long term as it will cause problems in the future. It did upset me because us fibro friends don't have a choice.

Today I totally thought that. I googled giving up meds but things could get worse if you stop without a doctor consultation.

I have thought this so many times, and I have shed so many tears about the amount of medication I'm on. Your definitely not alone. I use to come off all my meds thinking i don't needs these and within a few days I was absolutely floored with pain so I went back on them. I've now just accepted that I need these tablets to be able to have the low pain days and to ease the really tough days. I keep trying natural alternatives alongside my medication or to reduce my medication and that's working in some ways. Like I said before I've just accepted it now. Xx
