We’ve got several members who tried the band and also just the app.

Perhaps try typing Visible App or Visible band into the myFibroTeam search bars (under Q&A and the regular feed) to access some older posts on the subject. 💛

Has anyone tried the Visible band/app to help manage fibromyalgia symptoms and energy levels, and has it been worth the cost?

The search results don't include specific experiences from MyFibroTeam members about the Visible band or app. However, energy management is a major topic of discussion in the fibromyalgia community.

Many members focus on pacing and tracking their energy levels through various methods. One member shared that "energy management is key to being able to live with fibromyalgia," while others try to balance activity with rest by doing tasks in the morning and resting in the afternoon.

Members have found success with different approaches to managing fatigue:
- Exercise (though it requires careful pacing)
- Staying hydrated
- Strategic use of caffeine (though this varies by person)
- Supplements like vitamins D, B12, and B complex
- Rest and napping when needed

If you're considering the Visible band, you might want to post your question directly on MyFibroTeam to connect with members who may have tried it. They can share firsthand experiences about whether the cost was worthwhile for tracking and managing their energy levels with fibromyalgia.

As no information from the AI above about Fibromyalgia use or what it is. here is some google information.

“Visible Armband Benefits for Chronic Illness Management | TikTok
Yes, the Visible armband works effectively as a specialized pacing tool for managing chronic illnesses like POTS, ME/CFS, and Long COVID. It helps users avoid post-exertional malaise (PEM) by tracking heart rate and energy, providing actionable data to balance activity with rest. “

More information available when one googles this.

Says it and the online program are expensive.

But, there is a free app that works and documents for individuals.

***Anyone out there doing either??
