Yes, especially because having fibromyalgia we are not going to get better and as we age it feels worse. I've had CBT therapy, which has helped. I would recommend it.

@A MyFibroTeam Member I get depressed quite a bit about different things relating to my fibromyalgia and other conditions. But I then quickly remind myself to get over it chin up and keep smiling. There is not much I can do about it and I won't dwell on it. I will always keep pushing forward. Rest when I need to and just be positive I'm going to do what I need to do. I know it's easier said than done but I just keep smiling and carry on xx

I have severe depression and severe anxiety and on with other conditions I have bad cptsd on top and havent bwwn out for 7 months now I cant face ut o ahve debilitating fear glaah backs and dissociation amnesia where I black out and ut affectsmw badly I cannot take face to or on the phone anymore

Cymbalta really helped my depression from the fibromyalgia. I know medication doesn’t work for you. I’ll be praying for you 🙏🙂
