It was warmer today than it has been in quite a while and I was feeling a little overheated while at work. I started getting itchy under my bra band. When I got home and changed into my pjs, I noticed that I was very red under my breasts and there were some hives. @A MyFibroTeam Member Has the itching improved? For me, it was an allergic reaction to a medication and it resolved itself after stopping the medication. I am still generally itchy, especially a spot at the top of my back, but it's nothing like that was!
I myself have been having problems with itching. At first I thought it was just dry skin due to the cold weather but this has been going on since early March. It started on my legs and now it's everywhere. I have tried everything, luckily I have a dr appointment soon so maybe I can get some answers.
Has anyone experienced itching that started in one spot from sweating and then spread all over?
What you're describing sounds really frustrating! The combination of heat, sweating, and pressure from clothing can definitely trigger widespread itching with fibromyalgia.
