Yes, many of us. Some have IBS/D and others have IBS/C. I have the IBS/C ,which is constipation. So all of my IBS episodes that include diarrhea, starts with constipation first.
I take a strong probiotic now, which helps a lot. Also, I cannot have the oils that are in processed foods like palm oil, etc. also if I eat too many fatty foods together, I will have an attack. We are all different so this may not apply to you. Years ago, I found in a healthy food book to drink red wine when you have an attack, it really works. It stops it in its tracks.
@A MyFibroTeam Member I suffer from ibs i get really bad painful indigestion I am on 3 different meds for it since I got prescribed my last medication its been a lot better. If its indigestion you suffer with i can tell you what meds I am on.
