Is this also some sort of clue that causes other symptoms when one is taken over by a virus and gets fibromyalgia or a fibromyalgia relapse?
I have HEDS hyper-mobility 😘 I’ve been told it’s hereditary. Me and my twin sister both suffer with joint pain these days. We were so flexible in our younger days but paying for it now.

Yes some have hyper mobility. But I think that is separate from ,having a virus and coming down with fibromyalgia or some other autoimmune disease. I had a virus before I had polymyalgia rheumatica ,an autoimmune disease that can go into remission. It causes a lot of pain in the larger joints. I contracted viral meningitis, and that led to bad chronic fatigue and pain that lasted almost a year. @A MyFibroTeam Member
I think her rheumatologist is looking at something related to hyper mobility …but not sure what condition that would be. I don’t have that. One of the subsets ,would have hyper mobility as one of their symptoms
