There’s times I have dreams I awake to myself shouting out loud or talking out loud in my sleep , my mother even heard me yelling in my sleep so loud it disturbed her .
Do you experience vivid dreams where you shout or talk out loud in your sleep?
Yes, sleep disturbances like this can happen with fibromyalgia. Many people with fibromyalgia experience various sleep problems, including restless sleep, muscle twitches as they're falling asleep, and disrupted sleep patterns.

Wrong 😑, meds do nothing
I wonder if we’re all on the same medication and that medication is causing these dreams? I do the same thing, Christine.
I’ve been doing that a lot lately. But I normally wake up laughing or finishing the sentence that I was saying in my sleep. Lol.
@A MyFibroTeam Member I wondered that for a while, but I’ve switched meds a couple of times and the dreams persist. I have been on some type of anxiety meds the whole time and the dreams do seem more vivid with those. I’m currently on Venlafaxine and take Methocarbamol (muscle relaxer) to help with sleep and pain.
