I've started wearing them and my headaches have halved by doing so. What do you do and think about this?

Members overwhelmingly validated the practice of wearing sunglasses indoors to manage light sensitivity and reduce migraine frequency, with many sharing that they do this regularly regardless of what others might think. Several members described additional strategies they use, including wearing caps or hats, closing blinds at home, and exploring specially tinted lenses designed for light sensitivity, though some suspected these marketed products might simply be standard colored lenses at a higher price. A recurring theme was the importance of prioritizing your own comfort and health over social expectations, with members encouraging each other to do whatever works best for managing their individual symptoms.

I will absolutely wear sunglasses inside especially when I’m experiencing more migraines.

You can even get some specifically for light sensitivity. 💛

@A MyFibroTeam Member I need to wear a cap or my sunglasses even if it is slightly sunny outside. When I am home I shut the blinds in the living room. If it helps you forget what other people think. When you have this condition you have to do what is best for you rather than everyone else.

Yes I wear sunglasses all the time, Winter and summer. I spent a good 10 minutes looking for them before I went out. Only to find them on my head 🤣🤣🤣
