Places that are mild and dry are best in my opinion, cold and extreme heat with humidity make me flare up pretty bad. Places with drier heat are better if it’s an option.

Are you referring to Richmond, California? I moved from there six years ago. It gets very foggy and cold there. I moved to Santa Cruz, but it gets foggy and cold here too. But we have more warmer days per year. I find living at sea level helps me about 30% more.
If you live somewhere where it’s really humid, it can aggravate fibromyalgia for some people

I live in BC Canada, the weather here this winter has been really mild, little snow so we’re very lucky, still, due to,low pressure systems on the coast, it affects us here in south Okanagan.

Low pressure systems always cause a flare.
