I believe GI issues are one of the many possible symptoms of fibromyalgia. I take an omeprazole daily for acid and a probiotic daily for regularity. Without these things, I have substantial pain.

@A MyFibroTeam Member I hope you get some answers soon! I have had g.i. issues for years. Some foods I eat that help: prunes (3 a day), oatmeal and of course plenty of water.
