My vertigo has flared up and I realised last night that when I set up my pills every Sunday for the week I had forgotten to put my vertigo tablets in the box. Does anyone else do stuff like this?

Me too! Like going into a room and forgetting why. When organizing my meds for the week, I’m very careful…counting them out several times. Another thing, I have to remind myself to focus, and pay attention.😘

If I don't write it down, then it is guaranteed I will forget it. I did that with my blood pressure meds a couple of weeks ago. I have a med list written down that I follow now when I am refilling my med container for the week.

Yes, so many times. I really have to concentrate. I stopped putting my pills in in those days of the week pill boxes. What is working better for me is putting my medications on a Lazy Susan in the cupboard then I take them off the Lazy Susan and put them on the counter in the order that I want to take them. For some reason, this helps my brain better. I do the same thing on another Lazy Susan in a different cupboard, for my morning medication and herbs.
