I don’t have any experience with Trip. Maybe just try starting there for a week or so and go from there.
It’s my understanding that CBD needs to build in the system with consistent use. Pairing it with a high fat meal is often advised, even just a handful of nuts would help increase bioavailability.
Some sources suggest taking it at the same time every day. Your goals might best determine breakfast or dinner.

Just cbd and 10mgs. At the moment I'm taking Trip and 30mg at night as that's when the pain kicks in the most for me. Always when I want to settle down.
I have taken all kinds of gummies and THC and CBD ones do not help me at all, CBD just has no effect and THC is hard to control in edible form. For sleep tho, OLLY sleep & muscle recovery are the best thing i have ever taken. I only take them when i know I MUST sleep and feel rested the next day, because im scared of taking them too often and lessening their effects. If I want to feel a gentle/controllable high that helps me unwind after a bad flare day, I use THC:CBD tincture sublingually— but I use this sparingly because of the other medications I am on.
I take CBD oil and gummies. I need them my body can’t handle pain meds. I take a high dosage around 50 mgs twice a day.
I take them to help
Sleep because but I’m
Going to start taking them during the day in hopes it will alleviate some pain so I can reduce the oxycodone … I have a very weird tolerance with medication something that would normally put someone to sleep keeps me awake and vice versa and I would have to take a lot of medication I think for it to give me the effects that I want, but I’m currently not working because I can’t keep a job so I figured why not try it and see I never could take it during the day because I always had to work and now now I can’t keep a job so I’m might as well try this
