Trevor, your questions are a trove of textbook information that should be in a real textbook about fibromyalgia. This should answer all your questions.
You should record all your posts, have them printed and send a copy to every M.D. in the world. (Only kidding, because that would cost a fortune and many of them wouldn't bother to read it.) If all the doctors did read all your questions, they would learn a lot about all fibromyalgia suffers.

I have scalp/head pain, it hurts to brush my hair and touch my scalp or lay on my head. I have long hair and sometimes it even feels like my hair hurts too, that's when I know I need to get a few inches cut off.

That's planter heal pain put yr heal on ice that helpes with the pain, do u have thoses blue packet that u put in the freezer once frozen put ur heal on it. Read up on it.
