My legs are pretty much the only bodypart that hurts. I'm in constant pain. Every now in then, I'll have my back hurt.

Members shared widespread experiences with leg pain in fibromyalgia, describing it as the worst or most constant pain they feel, with several noting muscles that seize up after short distances, nighttime worsening, extreme sensitivity to touch, and sensations ranging from cramping and spasming to feeling like bones are breaking. Many members offered practical strategies that have helped them personally, including aquatic exercise and sauna use, myofascial release and foam rolling, dietary changes like avoiding fruit juice and sugar, and physical therapy stretches, though some noted that what works varies widely from person to person. A recurring theme was the frustration of pain that doesn't respond to typical remedies, the importance of ruling out other causes like herniated discs or arthritis through imaging, and the shared solidarity of navigating daily life when even standing or walking short distances feels impossible.

Same here! My arms, hands and fingers. I don't feed into the pain only being Fibromyalgia. Because, I also have osteoarthritis. 🙇🏿

My thighs bother me the most, especially the tops of my thighs. It's weird and difficult to explain the way they feel.
