I don’t have a short term or immediate solution. But I notice the biggest improvements with exercise.
Same as I notice the fatigue increase (both physical and brain fog) when I’m not exercising as much.

I'm lucky. My neurologist gave me 10 mg of Adderall daily and it clears my brain fog and cuts down my fatigue greatly.

CoQ10 is supposed to help but needs 2-3 months to build up in your system. I stopped too early and am starting again
Medicine review doctor said? Niacine(b3) Non-flush works well with CoQ10. Although my doc has no recommendations on dosage.
Turmeric in high doses, per doc. 4-5 grams. The 500mg dose will not help. Pepper helps digest it.
