The more I’m moving, exercising, and doing myofascial releases the less I notice these sensations.
Could be a coincidence and it could also be due to where my neuropathy stems from in the first place.
I’m wishing you relief and some solutions that work for you! 💛🤗
Steve as long as other health issues ruled out have you ever tried rubbing a cooling ointment onto the bottom of your feet .
I Know it’s random but here in n the uk 🇬🇧 we have something calked (Vic) it’s a rub when you get a cold to help aching muscles and it’s got menthol in it so people do say to use it on your feet 😊 maybe worth a try
I hope your pain levels are manageable
Hi Steve! Well hope the symptom eases up for you. Doing well. The warmer months weren’t as warm as usual. Mild June and. July, hot August and warm September. Today rainy and cold. We don’t have much of a seasonal transition. One day it’s in the 80’s then the next day it’s cold and snowing in the Sierra’s! Stay healthy and comfortable whatever weather you are experiencing right now.
Thanks Cathy the burning feet is what i have constantly even on my good days, not as noticeable on worst days because everything else wants to get in on the action.
How are you? I hope you enjoyed your warmer months, ours a approaching with some days being warmer..
Wrapping a heating pad or warm blanket around my feet helps me with the sporadic symptom. I experience this symptom more often during winter months when I’m required to wear dress shoes for work. Or if I’m on my feet a lot no matter what type of shoe I’m wearing. Hope you find relief.
