It’s kind of like the feeling of peppermint oils. Some people find it can give a warming feeling too. There are CBD oils and creams, Asparcreme , Voltarin,
icy hot creams and patches, RUB A535 hot and cold, there are many kinds. Peppermint oils and essential oils. Most come in non brand name too. It is Important not to use too much of any of these or apply them everywhere. Because they are medicated, read the instruction on the back when using. Always , ask your Dr about them before using.

While Tiger Balm isn't specifically mentioned in the search results, topical pain relief options can be helpful for managing fibromyalgia symptoms. Many MyFibroTeam members report finding relief from pain and stiffness through prescription and over-the-counter topical treatments.

Some members note that pain gels and creams can provide significant relief - with one member noting they didn't realize how helpful their topical treatment was until they skipped using it for a day. For best results with any topical treatment:
• Apply as directed by your healthcare provider
• Be consistent with application
• Track your response to the treatment
• Discuss with your doctor if you're not getting adequate relief

Remember that what works for one person may not work for another - it may take trying different options to find what provides the most relief for your specific symptoms.
