I do it myself. I use a program called Functional Patterns. 🤷‍♀️
I had a rough time with PT and this actually works for me.

You can find someone who will perform the releases for you. I personally don’t have any experience with that.

For me? It’s all about the releases in combination with the exercises, because they reinforce each other.

A doctor would help you determine that. And from there probably refer you to physical therapy depending on what’s causing yours.

Yes. I do a lot of posture work- myofascial release and corrective exercises. It takes time, but my symptoms even the strangest have lessened.

I’ll look into that after I meet my deductible with insurance. Are those done by doctors or homeopathic medicine?
