Congestion

I have a lot of problems with congestion and sore throat. I use a nebulizer and it helps but doesn't take care of it fully.

Have you tried using a saline nasal rinse and mucinex? The mucinex will help get rid of congestion and the nasal rinse will help reduce sinus drainage. That's what works for me.
