What areas are you having trouble with?
Myofascial release can be done with different therapy balls and or relatively inexpensive tools. Might be worth considering.

Yes, it helps, just difficult to do upper body, the gun is so heavy and you have to contract the deltoid/bicept muscles to do it, so that muscle group gets no relief.

Sometimes,but in certain places it's really too painful to use it on. I do get monthly massage and acupuncture which helps me a lot. Just wish I could do it more because I'm on a fixed income.

I ended up getting rid of mine after it just sat in a cabinet. I used it for a while, but it just wasn’t for me.

Personally I find more lasting results from myofascial releases. 🤷‍♀️
