Members responded to the question about worst fibromyalgia symptoms with a wide range of experiences, showing just how varied and unpredictable this condition can be. Several members described deep muscle burning, leg pain, fatigue, chest tightness, and painful feet as their most debilitating daily struggles, while others highlighted fibro fog, migraines, and sensitivities to light, sound, and smell. A recurring theme was the emotional weight of unpredictable symptoms, including memory loss, anxiety, and the frustration of pushing through daily life only to crash later.

Forgetting to pace myself then losing energy in the middle of running errands or exercising. Then pushing through to finish and not knowing when I’ll crash from over doing it. The pain levels are low enough that I forget, until I bump against a table and experience the pain full force.

I don't know what's worse. The muscle burning or my feet. My feet kinda, lately, has been shedding chunks of skin and if i pull the skin, the raw skin is so painful and all i can do is put triple antibiotic ointment on it and socks over it and no shoes for a few days. Hurts to even wear slippers. The muscle burning in use to that pain but it doesn't mean it hurts any less. Sometimes i wonder if I'll be able to walk forward and be able to hold myself up and move forward. Only happens at night now. It use to only happen in the morning. Now so much in the morning now mostly at night.
