Members shared mixed but mostly positive experiences with grounding and earthing products, including sheets, mats, rings, pillowcases, and plug-in boxes, with several reporting noticeable reductions in pain from conditions like arthritis, migraines, wrist and elbow pain, and inflammation. Many community members described practical setups, such as using grounding mats on sofas instead of beds to prevent them from shifting, incorporating outdoor grounding rods for better results, and shutting off electrical circuits at night to reduce interference. A recurring theme was cautious optimism, with members encouraging each other to try grounding products if they offer even modest relief while also emphasizing the importance of researching providers and consulting physicians before starting.

Interesting..I go out side and thank God for another day. I’m afraid I complain a lot too but HE can take it.

It's a sheet you put on your bed, plug it in and it grounds your body to the earth..it lowers your bodies voltage ⚡️. They say it reduces inflammation, eases pain and other things..i haven't used one but I'm very curious

I mean, that would prove the sheets work once and for all lol

Instead of spending the day on your floor doing foam rolling on a grounded sheet, you'll be rolling around a whole new way with or without sheets.

Do porn stars still use bear rugs? Lol

I just tried a mat.

I should pull it back out and give it another try before I completely write it off. I was not particularly impressed. 🤷‍♀️
