We recognise the existence of electric in our bodies, which is how our nerves communicate. In a house plug you have a earth wire. With so much plastic or rubber flooring or footwear we are often not earthed. I thought this was an interesting point. There are so many different ways to do this. It is supposed to be very effective in helping with sleep problems. Let’s all compare notes. Take care everyone.
My aunt showed me the bare feet on grass or sand or just earth and told me this is how i ground myself. I do it often.

I do it too, and especially when I am in Hawaii.
Interesting. I did some reading on this and made a point of being barefoot on the grass outside as much as possible, which isn’t a lot. I notice a better mood as a result.
