Hang in there Giddyup. I know it's rough. But I feel the same way. It's this crazy spring weather. One day hot, next cold. High humidity, lots of rain and thunderstorms. Along with the roller-coaster of barometric pressure. All of this has played havoc on us with fibromyalgia. It's about to wear me out. Not to say the extra migraines. I'm just praying for the weather to settle down. Yet not get extremely hot. Just ask the Lord for the strength to manage through each day.

It's hard to say. Have you been more stressed? Has your weather been crazy, like the barometric pressure? Have been sick with something other than fibromyalgia? I ask because so much can factor into a flare. Or are you sick do to something else?
The weather, barometric pressure has alot to do with my flares. I really don't stress out much at all. But our body reacts to so many different things in so many different ways. All I can say is drink lots of water, stay hydrated. Praying for you sweetie. 💖🙏💖

Hi there sorry to read your having lots of multiple health issues. You may need to consider there maybe an other underlying issue why your pain is not been managed effectively. Perhaps it time for a health check to be on the safe side.

Unfortaunately with this condition most of us have to adapt to constant pain etc. It is what it is Sorry. Listen to your body go with the flow. Thinking of you wish I could take the pain away for everyone.

Love from

Melady tc hugs
