I've had it where my entire head feels like it's going to pop. It is like my head is in a very tight helmet, a lot of pressure. I have migraines and I've seen bright flashes of light also, including double vision? But I completely understand the pressure in the temples and head. This has been going on for more than a year now. They prescribed Meloxicam but I only will take this if it's extreme pain but I honestly prefer Tylenol and tramadol. The tramadol though I can't even get a prescription for anymore since it's considered a controlled substance? But it works so well for me since I also deal with extreme abdominal pains. I know when I am stressed this doesn't help - trying to get in a quiet place and put in relaxing sounds or music to get calm/relaxed does and can help wonders too😌

I knocked my temple on a corner of a cabinet really hard and I also knocked the same temple on the corner of a washing machine after bending down to reach something and I felt that kind of pain so mine was not a fibro related thing. Have you ever knocked your temples though and maybe the body is remembering since the body does keep account of all the knocks and bruises.
