I think it was anxiety and a bit of costo . Seems to have calmed down now thank goodness. I now have pelvic cramps though 😣I'd rather those cramps than chest pains though

I agree, Lucy, that’s more than likely your culprit. You’ve described this often.

But I’d encourage you to talk to your doctor at some point, go ahead and get that confirmation from a medical expert. Then you don’t have to constantly question and worry about what you are feeling. 💛

There are several things that can create the symptoms you’ve described here and in other posts, costochondritis is just one of them. Anxiety can even cause these symptoms.
