Hate these weird dreams ๐ฃ
@A MyFibroTeam Member I get you with the legs and long sleeps I can sleep for 6 hours in the afternoon and still go to bed and sleep ๐ค but still wake up yawning ๐ฅฑ on going fatigue is awful with all the other symptoms we have to deal with x
Drinking to much water would keep me in the bathroom all night...lol
But, I used to take melatonin but took it for so long, I built up a resistance to it. I noe take Trazadone and it works great. I also take a muscle relaxer along with it. The fibromyalgia causes my muscles to stay tense no matter how much I try to stay relaxed. It's hard on our bodies to be tense all the time. That's one thing that wears me out. Good luck finding what works for you. Last night I was in bed for the night and didn't wake up until around 10:00 this morning. My husband asked if I felt better from all that sleep. I said I must have needed it. ๐
Pray for you to get some most needed sleep and peaceful rest. ๐๐๐
Try taking melatonin and drinking plenty of water before bed. That's what helps me.
I donโt sleep well at all. Almost never ever dream๐
Karen,
I have a terrible time sleeping. I too, take trazadone. May I ask what muscle relaxer you take with it? Iโm trying to figure out what to ask my doctor that might help me. Itโs not enough that we have so much pain every day but the lack of sleep is a double whammy. Thank you for your help and support. Iโm grateful for everyone on this wonderful website๐
