Yes!. I couldn’t walk that far that would cripple me for weeks!
For your tummy try to lie down and do a tummy massage start at the top and do gentle rub all the way down whilst breathing in for 3 and out for 6 counts it helps .
I get random thumb ache or ankle pain.

Tennis ball 🎾 on your shoulders push into the wall and roll the ball around your shoulders will help the tight muscles, which is probably given your neck some gip causing the heavy head .
Lots of random things to do to improve your symptoms Lucy before if gets worse.
Tho must of had a busy day and got tired without knowing x

Not heart…fibro. It’s just the way it works. Pain travels, moves to a different place etc. walking too far will cause the flare.

Some of those symptoms are exactly what I get! I have pain in my ribs just under my bra line and upper abdomen. I also get pain in my face and arms. Sometimes my hands and fingers also hurt. Legs and back are constant daily aches for me. You just never know what’s going to ache from one day to the next.

This sounds like a fibro normal day to me. I was diagnosed almost four years ago. I read about flares. What are flares I wondered? Took a long time, but then I realized I was living in a flare. I have had some days that are better, but any psychological upset, any sudden loud sound—like terrible screaming commercials or a car backfire, & my lack of sleep and going too many steps during my day and I’m in bed feeling like I’m on fire, all over my body. What does your pain feel like? Mine is a burning sensation like you get from an electrical shock. Only it burns all over the place in me. I feel akin to you when you said your head is too heavy. I have terrible neck pain, and that is how I describe it—“My head is too heavy.”
Thinking of you and praying for your reliefđź’•
