My doctor recommended I try this instead of arthritis cream in some of the most painful areas. I’m looking for feedback on this and if it’s successful or not in reducing pain.

Members shared mixed experiences with CBD creams for arthritis pain, with some finding relief from products containing 1500mg or higher (especially hhemp.co's 5000mg nerve formula and CBDmd's 3000mg recover pump), while others reported no benefit after trying multiple brands. Several members emphasized the importance of quality control and lab-tested products, noting that CBD works differently for everyone and may be more effective outside of active flares, with some combining it with essential oils like peppermint or using full-spectrum options that include THC for stronger pain management. A recurring theme was the frustration of spending money on inconsistent products in an unregulated market, balanced by encouragement to keep experimenting with different forms, dosages, and brands to find what works for each individual body.

CBD products in general tend to have a lot of variance. I’ve wasted a lot of money in the past on subpar products. 🥴

I was advised by a friend who has more knowledge and experience than I do to purchase products with 1500 MG or higher when talking about topicals.

In my experience, cbdMD has some good products, as well as hhemp.co

Personally had best results from h hemp.co 5000 mg nerve formula.

For anything not topical it’s really best to have full spectrum, and the mg dosage is way lower than for topicals.

I use CBD cream and it helps. Canada has medical cannabis companies and some of their products are really good for chronic pain and other conditions.

Hey there, I've been a cannabis patient for years and an enthusiastic grower.
Cream or any transdermal-there are patches too-you can also make your own and I can help with all that, is a good place to start if you never tried any cannabinoids before.
Just know your body will absorb it much better if you eat or even vape it. Full spectrum tincture or isolate. Isolate is pure cbd powder ready to eat or vape.
Eating will be the longest effect duration about 4-6hr and vaping is 1-2hrs.
Cream effectivity time length will be about the same as eating.
Fortunately cannabis is one of those medicines that will actually absorb into your bloodstream through your skin and not just trick your mind into thinking it's relieving anything like how menthol and all those other tingly plant things do. These plants that make your skin tingle do not get absorbed into the bloodstream and do not go beneath the skin barrier.

This is the best cbd shop in Colorado. They ship outside the state and country where aloud I believe.
You want to find a place like this that does lab testing a lots of quality control.
Remember this stuff is not regulated and there are more people trying to get rich off this stuff than actually help anyone get better.
FYI hemp is not the same as cbd.
Tbh I would only recommend cbd for minor ailments, cbd combined with thc and cbn is going to be a lot more effective at pain management. But some people do get a lot out of it.
And if you are able to go the extra mile, what you can learn to grow at home is going to be a lot better quality than anything you could buy commercially. This made the difference of mild relief to full remission of all symptoms.

There are styles of vaping that are more like a medical device than a toxic black market vape pen, the only kind linked to health issues.
None of those vape pens with the wicks are healthy technically since the wick and cheap coil gets too hot easily and releases carbon monoxide, heavy metals and so on. And that's not even what I'm talking about to begin with.
Enails are more for medical use since you can set an exact temp with metal that is safe to be heated like titanium, unlike nickle or other cheap light metals often used in the pen style.
The kind I use is more like a nebulizer, and in the right climate, I can use it to replace all my asthma medication. Plus not using dirty weed from a dispensary helps too. No commercial grow op is even using top quality anyways.

I noticed that as well.
I just wrote it weird, the 5000mg is the hhemp one. The one I use from CBDmd is Broad Spectrum CBD Recover Airless Pump, 3000 mg. 🤷‍♀️

But if you’ve got something that works, I say stick to that!!
