In the US we have ACT mouth lozenges and mouth rinse. (Order on Amazon). I use the rinse twice a day. And tuck a lozenge in the cheek at night, it usually last all night. I did this on the recommendation of my dentist due to my dryness. Saliva is very important to oral hygiene and cavity prevention.

For sour mouth mine is from inhalers but other medicines can cause this too. I use magic oral rinse RX from my doctor. It's Benadryl, lidocaine and I think milk of magnesia. Helps so much with sourness and blister.

Trying magic mouthwash could help, but you do need a prescription for this. Also, ACT Fluoride rinse to protect the teeth. Biotene saliva substitute is another good option. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and make sure to brush and floss often. Dry mouth and burning mouth can often be side effects of most medications. When the mouth is dry, sticky plaque can form along the gum line causing tooth decay to run rampant and gum disease to occur. It is difficult to manage the pain of burning mouth syndrome since no one really seems to know the exact cause. There are mouth numbing agents, but they are short lived unfortunately.

Are the numbing mouth washes minty tho? My tongue is just so sore these days. The dentist doesn’t do much to help. I do wonder if a doctors help would be better?

Sounds like burning mouth. Regularly wash mouth with salt water. You can buy numbing mouth washes for when things are really bad.
