It feels like a tightening in your jaw. Like someone has a bolt on your jaw line and keeps tightening it until it hurts. I grind my teeth alot. It causes lots of headaches and tooth pain. Lots of face and jaw pain. Doctors say it is arthritis of the jaw.

I've heard that there is treatment for this the dentist uses splints in your mouth.

Jaw is very painful. Can’t open

It gets also like it snaps or crunches when you eat etc.

My sister has seen a specialist for this recently, they did some physio on her jaw which she swears has eased her symptoms. Iam going to try get a referral for treatment 🙏
