Members validated the odd sensation of feeling water running down their legs when nothing is there, with many sharing they experience the same phantom wetness, especially on their legs and sometimes their abdomen. Several members connected it to nerve sensitivity or restless leg syndrome, with one sharing that gabapentin helped stop similar tingling sensations, while others suggested massaging the area with lotion or considering vitamin C for capillary health. A recurring theme was relief at discovering they weren't alone in this bizarre and unsettling symptom, which for some was a red flag that led to their fibromyalgia diagnosis.

Hmm, not that I recall. It sounds like maybe it's your nerve ending being extremely sensitive.
Kind of like when you think you feel a bug or something crawling on you. But nothing is there. You might get some lotion and rub or massage that area to see if it will stop.
God bless. πŸ’–πŸ™πŸ’–
