Members strongly related to experiencing extreme fatigue and sleepiness after eating, with many describing it as an uncontrollable urge to nap regardless of the time of day. Several members shared that chronic low blood volume common in their conditions means blood gets redirected to digestion, leaving less circulating oxygen and energy for the rest of the body. A recurring theme was the frustration of this cycle happening every few hours and the challenge of staying awake despite efforts like drinking coffee or pushing through.
