The discomfort from fibromyalgia may feel like burning, soreness, stiffness, aching, or gnawing pain, often times with sore spots in certain parts of your muscles. The pain may feel like arthritis. But it doesn't damage muscles or bones..

Yes this affects my legs the most, it's at the front and the tops of my feet, they are alway really sore just to touch, I always feel like someone had beat me up or like when you have hammered the gym

Yes absolutely. To make things worse I've just entered my 7th month of a severe back muscle strain..leaving me housebound..I'm slowly getting better..tonight I googled. Does having a back muscle strain make fibromyagia worse? I couldn't believe how bad it makes fibromyagia symptoms worse..I know now why I've suffered so long. But yes I've major stiffness especially in hips..knees and ankles..oh wrists and fingers..
