I do this, but don't put pressure on myself to write in it everyday. It isn't a diary. I tend to write in it when I am having a particularly emotional day, whether that's good or bad. Because I think that both emotions need to be written about, not just the bad.

Wishing you low pain days 🫂💜
I do a lot of Bible plans that give me great ideas for journaling. It’s so nice to put your thoughts on paper. It will help with some stress.
Exactly @A MyFibroTeam Member, and also I find that sometimes when I get it down on paper and out of my head I feel a little lighter and not so fuzzy headed. If this makes sense 🤔
My hands hurt, I was reluctant to start journalling again. My counselor highly recommended brain dumping. It sure makes my head less cluttered, worried, and helps me be more present. We thought through it and I am using a talk to text app.
I used to do bible study in the baptist church in Liverpool I used ti love it learnt so.much..
I used to write n a journal but not any more, It's good as yr distracting ur mind from yr pain, I may start doing it again.
