I'm so sorry! I'll pray for you! Take deep breaths in your nose and slowly blowing out of your mouth. Try breathing from your stomach. I had panic attacks for years. If I can help you please get in touch with me. 🙏😇

Dear lucy10. I was 8yr old when I first developed panic attacks which quickly lead to agoraphobia and in them days early 1960s wasn't good being anxious child..not good now but I was seem by a child psychiatrist in Derby then. I'm still agoraphobic it's never left me but it's part of my life and its more acceptance..I don't know what life is like without it. I have found I get more anxiety at night and can feel panicky..my anxiety does build though when I'm out in public..even though I never go out alone..I might go on 8mph mobility scooter to village shop but I have terrible dry mouth and sweaty hands and in shop shake like mad ! I wear dark glasses partly hide behind and partly light sensitivity especially in shops. The dark glasses do help where anxiety is..I even wear them if it's raining and that gets some funny looks...so much for thinking I'm hiding behind them..people look more ! Lol
Sending hugs Lucy. From carole xx

Guess I’m lucky that I don’t experience anxiety very often and when I do, it’s mild.
